Lapid Column Tall is an exclusive bollard in corten steel , designed by Enrico Gualersi MFA . The tall silhouette gives the garden an architectural weight and functions as much as a design object as a light source. Thanks to the asymmetrical geometry, the bollard is experienced differently depending on the angle and lighting conditions, creating variation and depth in the outdoor environment. The living patina of the corten steel enhances the sculptural presence and allows the bollard to age beautifully over time.

MATERIALS AND MAINTENANCE
Our objects are made of Swedish corten steel, a material known for its strength and slow, natural patination. The surface develops differently depending on climate and location – moisture, salt, wind and environment affect the color changes and give each object a unique character.
During the first few months, some runoff from the forming patina may occur. We therefore recommend avoiding porous substrates or materials that may discolor.
Corten is essentially maintenance-free. Once the patina has stabilized, it acts as a protective layer that makes the objects durable year after year.
